JOB SUMMARY |
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies by planning and managing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, tracking campaign performance and coordinating with various teams to achieve marketing goals. The Marketing Communications Manager is instrumental in driving BGCAZ’s marketing initiatives across multiple programs and stakeholder groups. |
JOB RESPONSBILITIES |
- Leads the executive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including a focus on digital platforms
- Manages and coordinates with external contractors and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely project delivery
- Provides comprehensive marketing support to Club programs and initiatives
- Designs, develops and manages targeted newsletters for diverse audiences including donors, parents, volunteers and community partners
- Drives digital marketing campaigns focused on Club program recruitment and donor management
- Leads development on social media strategy for donors and recruitment
- Tracks, analyzes and reports on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with organizational goals

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION |
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited University
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
- Minimum of 1 year digital marketing experience
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY and SKILLS |
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong track record in email/digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Microsoft Suite

WORKING CONDITIONS and DRIVING |
- Travel between BGCAZ Branches, schools and community sites is required. Must meet the insurance standards of BGCAZ.
- Work is performed in Branches, the community as well as an office setting.
- Evening or weekend hours required on an as needed basis
