JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Analysis Director manages the Organization’s financial performance with a focus of analysis, budget and forecasting to support strategic decisions. In addition to gathering and organizing financial data, this position will oversee accounting staff to ensure accurate, timely and relevant recording and reporting of financial information. The Financial Analysis Director assists the CFO in creating process improvements, internal reports and dashboards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and planning support to internal business partners and Senior Leadership.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to departments and Senior Leadership on their forecasts, budgets and all financial aspects of their operational decisions.
• Overseeing the accounting staff to ensure accounting operational objectives by proactively drive continuous process improvements and implementing change.
• Manage and oversee operating and capital budgets.
• Gather and organize complex financial data and information utilizing business intelligence (BI) systems.
• Performs various ad-hoc analysis.
• Create internal reports and dashboards.
• Assists with onboarding and training of staff regarding budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and implement efficient solutions to automate finance processes and systems
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION
? Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
? 5 years of various finance experience
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY and SKILLS
? Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 including advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.
? Strong analytical and conceptual thinking including critical/problem solving.
? Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate and direct multiple activities with varied deadlines and deliver in a timely manner.
? Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex information and recommend efficient, practical and high impact solutions/systems.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various organizational levels.
? Perform responsibilities end-to-end in an independent manner.
? Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS and DRIVING
? Travel between BGCAZ Branches, schools and community sites is required
? Work is performed in our Program Services Center-Administrative offices
