Data and Outcome Manager
The Data and Outcome Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Workforce Development in the execution of numerous intern programs. Will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efforts for measuring the impact on all of the AZYouthforce initiatives. Oversees, analyzes and manages data and outcome/impact measurement reporting for internal reports, annual reports, and all funder-directed reporting requirements. Assists and oversees ongoing qualitative evaluation of AZYouthforce services through a variety of methods including: surveys, focus groups, and interviews with direct participants, staff and key stakeholders. Develops and maintains community partnerships and supports AZ Youthforce programming including, events and connections with employers and/or schools.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)
-Recruits and pre-screens participants
-Assists with enrollment applications
-Assists with support for case management services to students as needed
-Trains AZYouthforce staff on evaluation tools and practices
-Assists students with development of an educational and employment plan
-Ensures that students are participating and completing the academy
-Assists director with reporting, collecting and maintaining statistics and data
-Maintains consistent contact with participants after program completion to ensure that the tracking and trending of programs success is being reported accurately
-Supports the AZYouthforce Team and teens during internships to ensure overall program success
-Serves as a liaison between internship sites and students
-Maintains partnerships with schools and employers
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION
-Must possess AA degree and 6 months of supervisory experience
-Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY and SKILLS
-Ability to supervise a group of students
-Ability to make presentations in school settings and/or community organizations
-Knowledge of Youth Development service delivery
-Ability to maintain and cultivate excellent member/family and community relationships and possess excellent customer service skills
-Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Familiarity with principles and practices of supervision
-Ability to communicate with parents, maintain confidentiality and engage in respectful interactions at all times
WORKING CONDITIONS and DRIVING
-Travel between Boys & Girls Club of the Valley sites, schools, and various field trip sites as well as in the community is required. Must meet the insurance standards of Boys & Girls Club of the Valley
-Work is primarily performed in the Club and local community
-Evening hours required; weekend hours and some holidays as needed
